A very hot day in Finsbury Park as the 4th “Run London” 5km series took place. The usual outfit of different start times with a star appearance by Paula Radcliffe. The route was 2 laps around the park including extra water half way around due to the heat, and the obligatory silly signposts to motivate everyone. The run wasn’t that easy mainly due to the heat though I managed to get my PB of 24.12. Rather happy.
All it takes is all you got. – Marc Davis
We were all given juice as well as the banana and 2 bottles of water and I got my t shirt signed by Paula Radcliffe.
